Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Our daily shipping deadline is 2 pm (Est). In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or your gift arrangement arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service Department (Toll Free) 1-800-795-1726 within 24 hours of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item requested or offer you a refund. We will only refund shipping cost if the return is as a result of our error.
If an order is refused or can not be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied to Baskets By Design, Inc., you will be charged to re-deliver the shipment. If the address is incorrect due to our part, we will not charge to re-deliver your arrangement.
Please note: It is imperative that we have a phone number for the recipient. We DO NOT leave Gift Arrangements on porches or in doorways. We schedule the delivery for you!
